Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returns must remain in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for hygiene compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
